Review your page before publishing, and keep your QR code active. You are responsible for the content and links you share. Paid hosting renews on the billing schedule you select until canceled. A printed QR code does not provide permanent hosting or reserve its address forever.

1. Using QR Wild

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and QR Wild LLC, a New York software company operated by Dustin Runnells (“QR Wild,” “we,” “us”). They govern your use of qrwild.com and our QR creation, page-building, hosting, reporting and account tools.

By creating an account or using these tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for a business or another organization, you must have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organization. The account and page-building tools are not intended for children under 13.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Other QR Wild LLC products and third-party services have their own terms.

2. Your account

You can start some work as a guest. An account is required to publish hosted pages and use account features. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in methods secure and maintain access to your email. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Available sign-in methods may include Google, Apple, email links and passwords. Use Settings to connect additional methods to the same account. Signing in separately with an unconnected identity may create a different account and will not necessarily give access to existing codes. Disconnecting a method does not delete your QR Wild account or cancel a subscription.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain any ownership rights you have in the text, images, logos, links and other content you provide. These terms do not transfer ownership of that content to QR Wild.

You give QR Wild and its service providers permission to receive, copy, store, process, format and modify your content as needed to provide the features you request, including AI assistance, moderation, editing and QR artwork. When you publish, this permission includes hosting, displaying and distributing the selected content to visitors. It continues for as long as needed to provide the service and carry out the retention, removal and legal obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for your content and its intended use. A logo, photograph or business listing being available online does not automatically make it free to reuse. Obtain permission for other people’s personal information, images and intellectual property where required. Do not publish private information you lack authority to share.

You control and are responsible for your published pages, destinations, claims, contact details and third-party services. Provide any notices and obtain any consents your page requires. Review the accuracy, rights, accessibility and suitability of your content before publishing. QR Wild’s moderation or publication of a page is not an endorsement or a guarantee that the page is lawful, accurate or safe.

QR Wild’s own software, branding and site materials remain the property of QR Wild or their respective owners. Your access to the service does not grant ownership of those materials or third-party content.

4. Acceptable use

Use QR Wild lawfully and respect other people’s rights. You must not use the service to:

  • Publish unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, invade privacy, impersonate another person or business, or mislead visitors about a page’s source or purpose.
  • Distribute malware, conduct phishing or fraud, steal credentials, send spam, or facilitate exploitation, threats or abuse.
  • Collect passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through deceptive or insecure pages. QR Wild’s page builder is not a system for handling regulated medical, financial or similarly sensitive records.
  • Manipulate reviews, offer prohibited review incentives or violate the rules of a review, booking, social or other destination platform.
  • Bypass access controls, moderation, payment or usage limits; access another customer’s private content; or interfere with the service or its providers.

Report suspected abuse or rights violations to support@qrwild.com. Include the QR link or page address, a description of the concern and a way to contact you.

5. AI and outside services

AI output and automatically found business information can contain mistakes, omissions, inaccurate links or material that resembles other content. You must review the result before using it. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, eligible for copyright protection, free of third-party claims or suitable for a particular purpose. AI output is not professional advice.

Third-party identity, payment, AI, hosting, review and other services help provide QR Wild or may be linked from your pages. Their availability and terms can change. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any outside service you use. QR Wild is not affiliated with or endorsed by a business merely because it appears in search results or on a customer page.

6. Subscriptions, payments and cancellation

Free previews, temporary hosting and paid plans have the limits shown in the service. The price, currency, billing interval, applicable taxes and plan benefits presented at purchase govern your subscription. Do not rely on an example, an earlier price or a future feature announcement as a promise about your plan.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the monthly or yearly schedule you select until canceled. By completing a subscription purchase, you authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Keep your billing information current; failed or overdue payments can affect hosting and account benefits.

Cancel through Settings → Billing → Manage in Stripe, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Review and complete the cancellation there and keep its confirmation. The portal shows when cancellation takes effect. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period leaves coverage in place through that period; an immediate cancellation can end coverage earlier. If you cannot access cancellation, contact support@qrwild.com.

Deleting a QR code, disconnecting a sign-in method, signing out or stopping use does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals according to its effective date; it does not by itself issue a refund of earlier charges. Contact support about a billing error or to request a refund. Refunds required by applicable law will be honored, along with any additional refund offer made at purchase or agreed with support.

AI generation allowances and code limits are shown in your account. Monthly AI allowances replenish monthly, including on yearly subscriptions, and unused credits do not roll over. Usage allowances are service limits, not a cash balance. We will disclose changes to recurring prices or material subscription terms before they apply and provide any notice, consent opportunity or cancellation right required by law.

7. Publishing, printing and QR expiration

Publishing makes your selected page and its included content public. A QR code may open a hosted page or redirect to an outside address. While an eligible code stays active, you can update its published content or destination without changing the printed code.

A downloaded or printed QR code does not guarantee that its destination will remain available. Hosting depends on the code’s active period, subscription coverage, compliance with these terms and service availability. Check the active-until and recovery dates shown in the studio. A grace or recovery period is not a promise of continued public hosting.

After expiration, deletion or release, a code may stop opening your page and its short name may become available to another customer. Old printed copies can then lead somewhere different. Remove or replace printed codes you no longer control, and keep important content backed up.

Removing public hosting copies can take time and require retries. Deleting or expiring a QR link does not recall printed codes, visitors’ downloads or copies held by other services. Editing drafts are not a backup service and may be lost when a browser page closes or reloads. Save your own copies of important work.

Test the final QR design on representative phones and at its intended print size before distributing it. Colors, artwork, materials, print quality, lighting and placement can affect scanning. Reports measure eligible QR-link visits, not guaranteed physical scans, unique people or completed business outcomes.

8. Service availability

We work to keep QR Wild useful and available, but outages, maintenance, provider failures and internet conditions can interrupt access or delay changes and cleanup. Features and limits may evolve. We do not promise uninterrupted service, permanent availability of a particular feature, or any number of reviews, customers or bookings.

If we discontinue a paid service or make a material change affecting an existing subscription, we will provide notice and any remedy required by applicable law. These terms do not override an express commitment in your purchase terms or rights that cannot legally be limited.

9. Suspension and ending use

We may restrict access, remove content, disable a QR destination or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these terms, nonpayment, a security or abuse concern, a legal obligation or a threat to the service or other people. When appropriate, we will explain the action and provide a way to contact us; urgent or legally restricted situations may require action without advance notice.

You may stop using QR Wild, cancel your subscription and delete codes you control. Contact support to request account deletion. Data retention and deletion follow our Privacy Policy. Obligations that need to continue after use ends, such as payment obligations already incurred, applicable content-removal permissions and legal responsibilities, survive termination.

10. Responsibility and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QR Wild is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. This does not exclude warranties or rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent permitted by law, QR Wild is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost business opportunities or profits. You remain responsible for checking your content, testing printed codes and maintaining copies of important work.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Consumers retain all mandatory legal rights and remedies.

11. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised version with an updated date and give additional notice of material changes where required. Changes apply prospectively. Where the law requires your agreement to a change, we will seek it. If you do not agree to revised terms, you may stop using the service and cancel future renewals, without losing rights that the law protects.

New York law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory protections and rights available under the law where you live continue to apply. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction.

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a term does not waive it. These terms and the plan terms presented at purchase form the agreement for your use of QR Wild, subject to any separate written agreement with us.
